Don’t you hate it when you have an idea to make something special, then you go to the pantry or fridge and you are out of…(insert ingredient here). Me too! So this week’s post is not a recipe, but a chart of substitutes for common ingredients that I put together for just that purpose and it’s also a great resource if you are dealing with allergies, too. And when I finish with this post, I’m going to print out a copy and tape it inside my pantry door. I hope this is a big help to you.
