Do you love your air fryer? We do! Mine is an Instant Pot Duo Crisp, which is a combination air fryer and pressure cooker, but the pressure cooker part is another blog post for another day…I’ve had it for over five years now and the best way that I can tell you how much it gets used is with a story: One time, in a Facebook Group about the Instant Pot that I belong to, someone asked how people were storing their Instant Pots and I commented that I had no idea because mine sat on the counter all the time and got used nearly every single day! Statistics tell us that air fried food is generally healthier than other cooking methods because the method takes 70-80% less oil than deep frying…and talk about fast…Below is a chart that I’ve put together over the last few years with the times and temps for some of our favorites It’s scotch-taped on the inside of the cabinet door right above my Instant Pot. You might love these too, or it may give you a few ideas of your own.
